A huge thank you to the Bengal Brasserie for donating a fantastic meal voucher for the Pub Quiz Ballot. As one of Belfast’s most famous Indian Restaurants on the Ormeau Road, they have also recently opened their doors on the Lisburn Road. The largest Indian restaurant in Ireland with 200 seats, it is beautifully designed, with outstanding lighting, a feature ice bar and Indian tea houses for private functions. A monster thanks to Judes Bar for hosting the ‘Mexican Pub Quiz’. Judes is a stylish and welcoming bar located amid the hustle and bustle of Belfast’s Ormeau Road. A site of major regeneration over the past several years, the Ormeau Road is home to a Bohemian mixture of folk from young families to city urbanistas. The design of Jude’s itself was inspired by the lofts and warehouses of SoHo ( a mnemonic for South Houston) New York.
Judes have very kindly donated a superb meal voucher and bottle of house wine, towards the Ballot Prizes, as well as putting on some cracking Mexican drink offers on the night.
